Designed to complement the historic Mark V and Vanguard lineups, the Model 307's two-lug, fully cylindrical action accepts a broad range of aftermarket stocks, triggers, rails, and mounts.Weatherby partnered with PEAK 44 to produce an ultra-light mountain rifle that owns the range and dominates in the field. The PEAK 44 Bastion stock weighs just 24 ounces and features a proprietary 3D-Hex recoil pad to reduce the effects of recoil on the proprietary 25 Wby RPM cartridge. The lightweight spiral-fluted 22" barrel delivers unmatched accuracy and ships with Weatherby's recoil-reducing Accubrake ST, giving the rifle a 24" overall barrel length with brake installed.At just 6.3 lbs, the 307 Alpine ST is ideal for backcountry hunters who count every ounce.
