Our steel mag catch is designed specifically for use with the Shield Arms Patented S15 magazine, ensuring a secure fit and reliable performance. While it remains compatible with OEM plastic magazines, extended use may cause increased wear and OEM mags may not drop free. For optimal function and longevity, we recommend pairing steel catches with steel magazines and plastic catches with plastic magazines. Additionally, first-generation aluminum mag catches may not be compatible with Gen 2 and Gen 3 S15 mags. To ensure seamless operation, we suggest upgrading to one of our steel mag catch options.
