The RMU Mount by Reptilia is a lightweight, slim-line solution manufactured at the request of a DoD customer. The RMU Mounts are ideal for lifting a variety of optics with fixed height, lower 1/3 co-witness heights such as the EOTech line of holographic optics, Vortex Optics AMG UH-1, and Sig Optics ROMEO8T to an elevated height which is more ergonomic when using helmet-borne night vision or those who prefer a more upright shooting stance.The RMU Mount is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with Milspec Type III hard anodized finish, the RMU Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail, and offers optimal sight placement with an increase in height of .625 inches.
