RCBS Full-Length Die Sets are crafted from proprietary die steel and machined to precise tolerances, ensuring superior performance for hand-loaders. Each set includes two essential dies: a Full-Length Sizing Die and a Bullet Seating Die, designed for reloading bottleneck cases. The Full-Length Sizing Die features an Expander-Decapping Unit, sizing the case to SAAMI minimum cartridge dimensions while de-priming and expanding the neck for proper bullet seating. Vent holes are incorporated to prevent damage from trapped air or excessive lubricant. The die also maintains headspace within tight tolerances, avoiding changes to the case body length during resizing. The included Seater Die features a built-in roll crimper to secure the bullet as it is seated, delivering consistent and reliable ammunition with every reload.
