A push-button blade change system allows rapid, tool-free swaps between 350 and 500 series blades, supporting 3.5 inch and 5.0 inch Japanese 420J2 stainless steel profiles including drop-point, boning, gutting, and a wood or bone saw. The black-oxide coated 420J2 stainless steel blade holder integrates a lock-back mechanism, while the SawSafe locking system secures the saw blade for controlled back-and-forth cutting without slipping. A full stainless steel frame is paired with an ergonomic orange ABS handle featuring a soft-touch gray TPR grip, a jimped spine, and an hourglass pivot for enhanced control in wet or slippery conditions. Overall length with a boning blade installed measures 11.5 inches, and the knife weighs 5.9 ounces with one blade installed.
