The NLX 308 AR10 Bolt Carrier Group provides improved function and operation via several key improvements. The expanded rear of the carrier allows for smooth cycling in the buffer tube. We coat all internal parts including the firing pin, cam pin and extractor. Each NLX 308 BCG contains a hardened, shot peened and MPI inspected bolt. We machine the bolt from SAE 4140ph high-grade steel. This material provides an extremely hard surface and a strong core resistant to structural failure. Machined from 4140ph steel to aerospace tolerances, the carrier is strong and durable.
