The Manix 2 combines full-size, full-service cutting performance with the many advantages of Spyderco s Ball Bearing Lock mechanism. Offering exceptional strength and smoothness of operation, this innovative lock also complements the Manix 2 s symmetry to make every aspect of its design completely ambidextrous. Now this workhorse folding knife is available with our proprietary steel CPM SPY27. An elevated, powder-metallurgy expression of VG-10, SPY27 gives the full-flat-ground blade of this knife a superior balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. All other features of this knife are consistent with the standard versions of the Manix 2, except for its peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, which showcase the distinctive cobalt-blue color of our SPY27 family.
