KG-2 was initially developed to preserve the bore integrity of sniper rifles. Unlike most other mechanical products, KG-2 is free of ammonia and features a 1200-1400 grit soft compound designed to remove copper and lead while maintaining the bore's integrity. In most scenarios, KG-2 performs exceptionally well in eliminating copper and lead when used with quality patches; however, in certain cases, the use of nylon brushes is recommended.
