Improved Static Target Hanger

The static target hanger is constructed of heavy wall steel tube and drilled to accept a 1/2" carriage bolt. The kit comes complete with the grade 5 carriage bolt, stainless steel spring, locknut and hanger. The improved version has the corners removed. This reduces the chance of hitting the hanger with the round targets. It is not required for other shapes. Rated to 1000FtLbs of energy. Target and 2x4 not included. The static hanger works best with the 8"+ sized statics, and will hang even the largest static targets. The 5" statics will fit but leave more of the hanger exposed to direct hits from the shooter. Minor assembly is required with this product. All of our stands and hangers are designed to accept 1/2" hardware (included) which will require you to use power or hand tools to tighten. Wrench/socket size for 1/2" hardware is 3/4", adjustable wrenches may be used as well. All stands will require two tools (one to hold the nut, one to tighten the bolt), while hangers will only require a single tool as the shoulder of the carriage bolt will lock into place via the cutout on the target.
