Harrington & Richardson brings you the 653 Rifle. The H&R 653 Rifle uses an M16A1 carry handle upper and 14.7" pencil profile barrel making this a light, handy rifle for many applications. The A1 style flash hider is pinned and welded to bring the overall length of the barrel over 16". The lower receiver features Government M16A1 markings along with a premium aluminum CAR stock.
