Unlike the standard Glock plate, our plate is crafted with a slightly increased thickness. This intentional design choice shifts the firing pin leg forward, impacting the trigger release point and offering greater adjustability of the trigger Control Tab (TCT). This forward movement of the firing pin leg is crucial for achieving optimal trigger performance. Once you have adjusted the TCT to the desired length, allowing the pistol to fire, you can seamlessly transition back to your original Glock black plate. Despite its thinner profile, your Glock plate will maintain functionality, though you may experience a slight increase in trigger load. This load is characterized by an initial resistance against the TCT, requiring additional force to fire the pistol. Should this condition arise, a simple re-adjustment is recommended. By removing the connector and making a minute modification to the TCT, you can achieve a precise fit, ensuring compatibility with EVO ELITE, ROCKET and tactical triggers.
