Forster #284 Standard Neck Reamer

The Forster Neck Reamer is designed for use with the Original, Classic and Power Case Trimmers, offering precision and efficiency for trimming case necks. Made from high-grade, wear-resistant tool steel, this reamer ensures long-lasting durability and consistent performance. The standard Neck Reamers are ground .0025 inches to .003 inches larger than the maximum bullet diameter, allowing for an optimal fit. Its staggered tooth design smoothly cuts brass without causing chatter, providing a clean and uniform finish. Thick case necks can lead to high chamber pressures and flyers, but the Forster Neck Reamer removes excess brass from the neck walls to help prevent these issues. It easily mounts in place of the pilot in the cutter of a Forster Case Trimmer, making it an essential tool for achieving precise and uniform case necks.
