Constructed from 416R stainless steel, each barrel undergoes a comprehensive series of tests during each manufacturing stage, ensuring flawless performance. After rigorous testing, the barrels are finished with nitride treatment and undergo a final inspection. Each barrel is individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges, ensuring a perfect fit.
