Machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, the Daniel Defense Rail Mounted Fixed Front Sight is a one-piece front sight system compatible with most Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail systems. A slotted fastener and self-locking stainless steel thread insert offer superior lockup and stability for reliable zero retention under heavy recoil. The concave design on both sides of the sight serves as a thumb rest for thumbs-forward C-grip shooters for improved comfort and control.
