The Colt Custom Shop Grizzly is a hand-finished .357 Magnum revolver that combines the modern oversized Snake Gun action with premium Custom Shop cosmetics. The 4.25-inch full-lug stainless barrel sits in the traditional service revolver sweet spot long enough to wring proper ballistics out of a .357 Magnum load without the bulk of a 6-inch hunting barrel, and short enough to carry in a duty or outdoor holster. Machine engraving across the frame and barrel gives this revolver the visual presence of a safe queen, but the Grizzly is built for regular range use and real-world carry.The linear leaf mainspring produces a smoother double-action pull than traditional coil or v-spring designs, and the transfer bar safety system allows six rounds to be carried safely in the cylinder.
