The application process is as follows - heat both the part and the Aluma-Hyde II to approximately 90 deg F. Vigorously shake the Aluma-Hyde II for a few minutes to ensure proper mixing, then apply a medium coat to achieve optimal coverage. Reapplication can occur within a few minutes, but it should not exceed thirty minutes. If Aluma-Hyde II begins curing, you must wait until it is fully cured before applying additional coats. The curing time can be reduced to approximately two days by circulating warm air (90 deg F is effective) around the part.
