Aluma-Hyde II dries to the touch within minutes and fully cures in about one week. To apply, heat both the part and the Aluma-Hyde II to around 90 deg F. Shake the Aluma-Hyde II vigorously for a few minutes to ensure it is well-mixed, then apply a medium coat for optimal coverage. You can reapply within a few minutes, but do not exceed thirty minutes between coats. If the curing process has started, wait until it is fully cured before adding more coats. To reduce curing time to approximately two days, circulate warm air (90 deg F) around the part.
