The application process is as follows - heat both the part and the Aluma-Hyde II to approximately 90 deg F. Reapplication can occur within a few minutes, but it should not exceed thirty minutes. If Aluma-Hyde II begins the curing process, you must wait until it is fully cured before applying additional coats. To expedite the curing time to roughly two days, circulate warm air (90 deg F is effective) around the part.
