This system is particularly beneficial for shops specializing in custom work, repairs or rebluing services for stores or other gunsmiths. It features two identically numbered tear-off stubs. One stub is provided to the customer, while the store completes the repair tag and the other stub is retained by the store upon the gun's pickup. This ensures comprehensive stub and number control of the firearm until it is returned to the customer. The system effectively eliminates mix-ups and confusion, preventing improper claims by either the store or the customer. It includes spaces to record the same information as our CC-1 claim checks but is designed to be shorter in length to conserve space.
