This product is suitable for use in cleaning solutions, boiling water, cold or hot rinse tanks and oil tanks. However, it is not recommended for use with bluing salts. The interaction between bluing salts and stainless steel or gun steel can often induce galvanic action, leading to an unintended chemical deposition on the metals.
