This placement ensures it doesn't obstruct transitions to kneeling or prone shooting positions, where the support hand often moves toward the rear. Its wider design also functions effectively as a rear hand stop for those who prefer it in that position.Additionally, the Finger Stop serves as a forward limit, preventing your fingers from slipping off shorter handguards onto a hot barrel or suppressor, and it doubles as a sturdy barricade rest.The Finger Stop attaches securely to the rail with two nylon-tipped set screws (torque to 15 inch-lbs). Due to its low-profile design, installation requires sliding it onto the 1913 Picatinny rail.
