The Area 419 Firearms LLC Hellfire Self Timing Muzzle Brake in 7mm/30cal Black Nitride is designed for any bullet caliber up to and including .308, delivering exceptional recoil control with rearward facing ports and a proprietary design that reduces muzzle rise without top porting. This brake features an effortless installation system that does not turn as you torque the collar to lock, eliminating the guesswork of port alignment, along with a simple round knurled nut that times the brake without tools. Return to zero is excellent, so removal and reinstallation wont disturb your zero, and the universal adapter threads onto your barrel with a 5/8 inch wrench while the brake/collar assembly is left-handed threaded onto the adapter until snug, then rotated to level before locking the taper and tightening the collar by hand. Constructed from heat treated 17-4PH stainless steel and offered in Black Nitride or raw stainless, it is manufactured in NW Ohio on state-of-the-art CNC machines and is 1 inch OD for the brake and 1.1 inch OD for the collar, adding approximately 2.6 inches to the barrels thread shoulder for a reliable, repeatable fit.
