This AAC Blackout muzzle brake delivers strong recoil reduction to support faster shottoshot recovery and improved control. Machined from highstrength 174 stainless steel and finished in AAC's corrosionresistant SCARmor coating, it provides longterm durability for demanding use. This model features the updated 90Tooth interface, designed to pair with AAC ratchet tapermount suppressors for a more secure and reliable attachment. The 90T gear engages a springbiased ratchet lever on compatible silencers, preventing unthreading under recoil, while the refined ACME thread and optimized taper create a tight, stable locking surface inside the suppressor. Engineered as a modern upgrade over earlier 18Tooth and 51Tooth systems, it is not compatible with those legacy mounts. Installation requires a torque wrench and should be tightened to approximately 20-30 ftlbs to ensure proper alignment and performance.
