The base attaches to the target using two high strength bolts and two die springs. The springs allow the target to move when hit and produce a nice ring.Bothe the target and the base are cut from 3/8" AR500.The Static Pepper Popper targets are designed for centerfire handguns and rifles up to 5.56. Handguns should be used no closer than 10 yards and rifles no closer than 100 yards.Target and base ship unpainted. Shipping is priced to the lower 48 states via UPS ground.
