Carry Positions

IWB (Inside Waistband)

Best concealment. Positions: Appendix (12-2 o'clock), Strong-side (3-5 o'clock).

OWB (Outside Waistband)

More comfortable, requires cover garment. Open carry, range use, duty.

Appendix Carry

Fast draw, excellent concealment. Requires quality holster with full trigger guard coverage.

Materials

Kydex

Molded thermoplastic. Consistent retention, doesn't wear. Audible click on holstering.

Leather

Traditional, comfortable, quiet. Requires break-in. Check for trigger guard coverage.

Hybrid

Kydex shell with leather/neoprene backing. Comfort of leather, retention of Kydex.

Buy holsters specific to your gun model. Universal holsters compromise safety.
